Character of kraftformer 350&665 :

Kraftformer type CX08-350 and typeCX08- 665 are extremely sturdy and durable. They can deliver great
pressure combined with a very sensitive control. Their high degree of versatility is due to the wide range of
tools which are easy to change thus guaranteeing the best possible use of the machine.
Two versions are available: type CX08- 350 with a horizontal throat of 350 mm and for forming sheet metal up
to 3 mm mild steel quality (400 N/mm 2 ) as well as type CX08- 665 with horizontal throat of 665 mm and for
forming sheet metal up to 6 mm mild steel quality (400 N/mm 2 ).

Structure:

The machine is made up of frame, transmission mechanism, plunger, feeding mechanism,

adjusting mechanism of the feeding mechanism, tools and the electrical systems. Each of

the components has its own function, of which a detailed description follows.

the machine frame is to support the transmission mechanism and plunger etc. The main

motor which drives the transmission mechanism, is also mounted on the frame, The figure

shows that the frame is a founding structure, which is compact in size and has high rigidity.

The entire frame is installed on the foundation with bolts and steady and reliably when the

machine is running. The main motor, which drives the main transmission mechanism, is

installed on an eccentric disc. When there is need to adjust the belt tension be sure to loosen

the joining screws between the eccentric disc and the pressing disc, then by moving the

motor shell, you will be able to adjust belt tension and pressure. When adjusting over, tighten

immediately the joining screws. It is absolutely forbidden to start the motor when joining screws

are not tightened. The motor cover is mounted on the frame with bolt, and move the cover only

after screw the bolt.
