Description of press brake machinery:

the sheet press brake machine is equiped with a special hydraulic system manufactured by

BOSCH company Germany, with the feature of high integration, high precision synchronization,

stable, reliably , low noise and leakproof, it is ideal energy system for hydraulic press brake.
The system is composed with two synchro manifolds, one pump manifold, high pressure oil filter

and internal gear pump. The synchro manifold integrate with BOSCH high precision servo valve etc.

The pump manifold integrate with control valves like proportional pressure valve, main pressure

valve and so on, and integrate with high pressure filter and internal gear pump. The system reduce

noise because of internal gear pump. Due to the high response of the servo valve, the machine

also can guarantee a high bending precision even in the case of the load vary extremely or loading

on the side. There are best compensation in synchro control when the oil temperature vary within

the range from +20℃ to +65℃.


Trial Operation and Operation of press brake Machine:
Before trial operation of machine, each lubricating point must be greased by calcic grease ,

and the oil tank of hydraulic system shall be filled with N46# mechanical oil, which shall be

replaced after first one month operation and be replaced thereafter depending on the actual

condition every year.
During the initial trial operation, start the oil pump motors under idle condition firstly and then

operate machine in “inching” operation mode, after that execute “Single cycle” mode to test the

ram stroke and backgauge. Operate the machine according to the following procedures when

the machine is running normally.
a) Plate thickness and Calculation of bent plate length or check the bending force and V-opening

of bottom die(the V-opening width is normally≥8 times of plate thickness).
b)Align the center of top and bottom dies.
c)Determine the gap between the top and bottom dies and adjusting.
d)Determine the positions of front and back gauge.
e)Determine operation mode “Inching”, “Single cycle” and use the seletor switch to select the

operation mode.
f)Put the workpiece on the middle of worktable for trial press.
g)Adjust dies gap again.
h)Pay attention to the sealing parts and replace it if any leakage.
i)The plate must be put on the middle of the machine without unbalance loading or side loading

avoid the influence precision of the workpiece and the machine. If some workpieces need to be

bent on the side of machine, the load must be less than 1000 KN, and bending on both sides is

best way to avoid the unbalance problem.


The  Structure Of The mechnical press brake Machine:


Welded steel plate, the frame consists of right and left wall boards, working table,

oil box, slot steel and etc. The stress of the welded parts can be eliminated by vibration.

The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and can be transported easily.


Synchro Control System for 1200 ton Press brake machine:


The slide synchro system adopts steel torsion bar synchro system with very simple

structure.but very high accuracy. 2 ends of slide has 2 sychnro fork which make the

slides movement is always parallel to the working table. And this will make the movement

effect balanced during operation. The system uses upper die compensation to improve

the brake precision.

The machine is a kind of steel torsion bar sychnro brake, which is the third generation of

brake. Electronic control of back gauge and ram stroke, data displayed and precision

control by man. Hydraulic power cell construction is convenient to install, which limit the

oil route and connector quantity to minimize integrated hydraulic valve block. Block route

and wide range of speed control, work steadily.Process of cylinder and sealing component:

Mainetance for CNC press brake:
a)Never make the working bending force over the nominal force.
b)The operator should adjust the gap between the upper die and bottom die more 1mm than

the thickness of the sheet avoid the damage of dies.
c)Just only N46 hydraulic oil used for this machine. And always keep the pressure oil and

hydraulic pipes clean. Initial oil must be dorpt out after one month's use and refill the fresh oil

every year. Often clean the mesh filter on the suction hole to keep the sucking oil freely,

otherwise the oil pump will work abnormal to make the pipes vibration. The normal oil temperature

is from 0°C to 60°C.
d)Often add the lubrication grease to the machine lubrication site according to lubrication chart

plate on the machine.
e)Stopped the machine immediately for checking if the machine working abnormal like vibration,

noise etc.
f)The user should prepare the spare parts according to the spare parts list attached with the

machine for repairement.
g)Keep the machine good precision comformity with the delivery stadard after repairment (refer

to inspection certificate).
