Features of Sheet press brake Machine
This CNC press brake machine combined with left and right frame, worktable, cylinder, ram and oil
tank etc.
The cylinder is positioned in center face of the frame with the reasonable force, high strength
and good rigidity, and easy for transportation, installation and commission. The hydraulic system
can prevent the machine from overload when the thickness of the plate is changed or the wrong
selection of the bottom die's openning width. Otherwise,the machine features a smooth and reliable performance and easy operation.It has the functions of inching, single cycle and continous operation,
The working pressure is constant over the entire stroke.
A compensation system is installed under the bottem die to ensure a higher bending accuracy,The
sheet can be bent into various shape with different dies prepared by the user.The machine can also

Applications and Scope of plate folding Machine
When the plates of different thickness are to be bended on this machine, V type bottom dies of
different sizes must be selected and if top and bottom dies of different shapes are used, work-pieces
of different shapes can be bended (Fig.2.1). The bending values can be selected according to the
Table 2.1 “ Bending Force Chart” and the operational oil pressure (indicated by the pressure gage)
is adjusted according to the values checked to ensure the bending force required.
This machine has a higher productivity and is an ideal shaping equipment for plates widely used
in the manufacturing industries of aircraft, automobile, shipbuilding, electrical appliance, machiner
y and light industry.

plantssuch as daily consumed components, wrong operating, lack of maintenance

Hoisting and Installation
The machine must be disassembled to following parts: worktable, frame wall, ram and oil
tank before hoisting to easy for transportation. After the machine parts arrive at user’s location,
the user must be instructed by personnel of manufacturer to hoist, install and commissioning the
machine.
