1.Hydraulic system maintenance:
*The first oil change of the new machine must be completed after working for 2,000 hours, and will be replaced every 4,000-6,000 hours or every year.
*ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25 hydraulic oil is recommended. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, it needs to be replenished in time.
*The system oil temperature should be kept at 35℃~60℃. If it exceeds 70℃, it must be shut down to check to avoid oil quality deterioration.
2.*Each oil change requires cleaning or replacement of the filter simultaneously. If the oil is turbid or there are impurities, change it immediately.
*Clean hydraulic parts (such as valves, pumps, oil pipes) every month, and disable cleaning agents to prevent corrosion.
