we design a vertical type CNC plate grooving machine, it can process 0.6-4mm stainless steel and
mild steel, and the length of sheet can be 3200mm,4000mm,6000mm and 8000mm long. the cutting
depth can be 0.2-6.5mm it depend on the requirement of the customers. the Min.cutting wdith is 15mm.
the powe ofthemachine is 4KW.the machine will equip 3 sets of carbon tool and 3 sets of alloy blades
.the V groover have the character of fast cutting speed,high efficient,good rigidity,low noise.
the woorktable of the machine adopt the 42CrMo material to extend its srevice life and it have two face
to change using.
pneumatic cylinder to press the sheet,and it use the cooling system to extend the tools using life
the V groove adopt the touch scree to control and it is easy to operate for the worker.
